Admiral Leasing & Loans Transitions to Employee Ownership Trust

Admiral Leasing & Loans has announced a significant milestone in its continued growth journey, with the successful transition of the business into an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

The move means that all 37 colleagues across Admiral’s Oldham and Witney offices now collectively own the business. As Admiral enters its 20th year, the transition reinforces its commitment to independence, continuity and long-term sustainable growth for customers, brokers, introducers and supplier partners.

Managing Director Simon Stewart commented:
