As part of Admiral Leasing & Loans’ Direct Sales Team, Sophie Carter plays a central role in supporting businesses with their ongoing finance needs. In her role as Internal Account Manager, Sophie focuses on building meaningful relationships, proactively reaching out to customers and offering guidance, while also being a trusted point of contact when customers come back with questions or new requirements.
Sophie takes pride in being approachable, honest and customer focused, with a background in both face-to-face and telephone sales, she brings a strong understanding of customer service and compliance, along with a clear, supportive approach to explaining business finance in a way that makes sense.

She is passionate about helping customers access the right funding solutions, and works closely with colleagues across underwriting, credit control, and customer service to make that happen. Sophie also promotes Admiral’s ex-lease equipment sales, helping customers discover affordable, high-quality options they may not have considered.
For Sophie, the most rewarding part of the job is when customers return, whether it’s with a new finance requirement or just to ask for advice, that two-way relationship, built on trust and transparency, is what matters most to her. She’s also quick to acknowledge the team effort behind her role and is grateful for the ongoing support she receives from the Sales Coordinators, whose work helps ensure everything runs smoothly for her customers.
